Paul came to us from Tiffany & Co., where he held a similar position and coordinated the introduction of the Tiffany Diamond Grading Report in the U.S. retail locations. Paul holds some of the highest certifications our industry can bestow, including Graduate Gemologist (G.G.), Diamond Grader in the Gem Trade Lab, and GIA Education Instructor; and Certified Gemologist from the American Gem Society.

Overseeing the transformation of Devotion diamonds into custom-designed jewelry of unsurpassed beauty is Monty’s responsibility as our Senior Vice President of Manufacturing. He is an expert in creating jewelry that expresses our clients’ desire for personalized designs within the high standards of the Devotion brand. A veteran of Tiffany & Co. and Hearts on Fire, Monty directed the design of some of the most celebrated and singular diamond creations in recent years, including a $6.5 million diamond-encrusted Fantasy Bra commissioned by Victoria’s Secret.
