Forevermark diamonds are documented in a proprietary Forevermark Grading Report. While all grading reports assess diamond for color, clarity, cut and carat weight (the standard 4Cs), Forevermark individually selects diamonds against additional rigid criteria to ensure that only the most beautiful diamonds become Forevermark.
Diamonds that are eligible to become Forevermark are sent to the Forevermark Diamond Institute, the internationally renowned center of diamond excellence, with locations in Antwerp, Belgium; Surat, India; and Maidenhead, United Kingdom. As part of the De Beers group of companies, our experts draw on cutting-edge bespoke technology and 125 years of diamond expertise to carefully inspect every diamond, going beyond the technical qualities of the 4Cs to hand-pick only those diamonds that are truly beautiful. Only once a diamond’s provenance and quality are confirmed can it receive the Forevermark inscription – a symbol of our promise.
At the Forevermark Diamond Institute, diamonds are assessed not only against the standard 4Cs, but also against a number of other criteria that can have a significant effect upon the beauty of a diamond.
